Employee Manual Verification Form
I have read this University Book Store employee manual. I understand it is not a contract and that
no provisions within should be interpreted or construed as forming a contract. I understand that my
employment is terminable at will and that either I or the Book Store may terminate my employment at
any time, with or without cause. I further understand that University Book Store reserves the right to
modify, augment, delete, or revoke any and all policies, procedures, practices, and statements contained
within this manual at any time without proper notice and such changes will be effective immediately
unless otherwise stated.
